1. Services Provided

Remote Cybersecurity LLC (hereafter referred to as "Remote Cybersecurity", "we," "our," or "us") offers cybersecurity and technology consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Penetration testing
  • Security assessments
  • Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) implementations
  • Cybersecurity consulting

All services are tailored to client needs and provided on a case-by-case basis.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For certain projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH transfer, or other methods agreed upon with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding their security needs.
  • Grant reasonable access to systems, networks, or locations as required for project execution.
  • Maintain backups of all critical data prior to the commencement of any service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Remote Cybersecurity is not responsible for any loss of data, business interruptions, or other damages arising from the services provided. Services are performed to the best of our ability and knowledge; however, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Remote Cybersecurity will maintain the confidentiality of all client data and information accessed during the course of service delivery. All client information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and industry best practices.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel a service request with at least 48 hours' notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued based on the scope of work completed and any non-recoverable expenses incurred by Remote Cybersecurity.

7. Use of Services

By using our services, clients agree not to:

  • Utilize Remote Cybersecurity’s findings or solutions for illegal or unethical purposes.
  • Distribute or disclose proprietary methodologies or deliverables without explicit written consent.

8. Pre-Engagement Agreement

Before commencing penetration testing or security consulting projects, clients must acknowledge and agree to a signed scope of work that outlines project details, objectives, and deliverables.

9. Changes to Terms

Remote Cybersecurity reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or directly to clients as applicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
